1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Webmeyers Store, a commerce platform owned and operated by Webmeyers Constructions LLC, including browsing, accounts, purchases, quotes, bulk orders, payments, delivery, returns and support.
2. Product information, pricing and availability
We aim to keep descriptions, specifications, images, prices and stock information accurate. Product appearance may vary by screen or manufacturer batch. Prices and availability can change until an order is successfully submitted. Obvious pricing or listing errors may be corrected and affected customers will be contacted before fulfilment.
3. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order number confirms receipt, not necessarily final acceptance. Webmeyers may review stock, payment, delivery feasibility, fraud/security indicators and product restrictions before fulfilment. We may contact you if information is incomplete or an order requires a delivery/project quote.
4. Guest checkout and accounts
You may place eligible orders without creating an account. Creating an account is recommended for easier tracking and order history. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.
5. Payments
Only payment methods enabled at checkout are available. Card or wallet payments processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal are subject to those providers' terms. Bank transfer, manual and cryptocurrency payments are not treated as confirmed merely because a screenshot, transaction reference or TXID is submitted; Webmeyers must verify receipt. Never send payment to details that are not displayed by the official Webmeyers Store checkout or confirmed through official support.
6. Cryptocurrency payments
Where enabled, cryptocurrency payment is a manual-verification method. You are responsible for using the correct network and wallet address and for sending the requested amount. Blockchain fees, exchange-rate movement and transfers to an incorrect address/network may not be recoverable. A transaction is not approved until Webmeyers verifies it.
7. Delivery, pickup and tracking
Available delivery methods depend on destination, product class and order size. Heavy, oversized, freight or project materials may require a separate delivery quote. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. A tracking number becomes active when Webmeyers approves an order for fulfilment. Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accessible delivery address and any relevant access instructions.
8. Bulk orders and quotations
Bulk orders, special-order goods and project quotations may have separate pricing, lead times, delivery charges, validity periods and return restrictions. A quote is binding only for its stated validity period and terms.
9. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Eligible returns are governed by the Returns Policy and applicable law. Custom, cut-to-size, special-order, hazardous, opened, installed or otherwise non-resalable products may have limited return rights where lawful. Refunds are issued only after the applicable review and approval process.
10. Warranties
Product warranties may be provided by Webmeyers, the manufacturer or supplier as stated on the product/order documentation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, submit fraudulent payment evidence, scrape the service in a harmful manner, upload malicious files or use the platform for unlawful activity.
12. Intellectual property
Webmeyers branding, site design, original text, graphics and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Manufacturer names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Webmeyers is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the store, third-party services, carrier delays or events outside reasonable control. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the store, law or services change. The version published on the website applies from its effective date. Questions can be sent through the Contact or Live Support channels shown on Webmeyers Store.
Important: These operational terms should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel for the jurisdictions where Webmeyers Store sells and delivers before full commercial launch.
