Requesting a return

Eligible products can be submitted for return from the customer account within the configured return window. Products must meet the stated condition and eligibility requirements.

Exceptions

Custom, cut-to-size, perishable, hazardous and special-order goods may not be eligible. Final eligibility is shown per product and order.
